【摘要】 以酚醛大分子聚合物作为分散剂 ,加入定量尿素并完全溶解后 ,滴加一定比例三聚氰胺的羟甲基磺酸盐溶液 ,在适当温度范围内缩合 2h ,从而合成了一种新型的氨基树脂鞣剂。本文主要讨论了该鞣剂的合成方法及合成中各种影响因素。应用试验结果表明 :该鞣剂能有效地进行选择填充复鞣 ,成革丰满、弹性好、粒面细致、色泽均匀、颜色鲜艳 ,提高了成革的得革率更多还原

【Abstract】 High polymer composed of phenol and formaldehyde is used as a dispersing agent, added by the quantitative urea and dissolved completely, then dropped by hydroxyl sulphonate of cyanuric amine in ratio, followed by the condensation at a certain temperature for 2 hours to synthesize the new amino-resin tanning agent. The synthetic method and the affecting factors have been discussed in this paper. The results show that this agent can fill and retan the leather selectively and effectively. The finished leathers treated with XTF have many better properties, such as the fullness, elasticity, fine grains, uniform shades and bright colours. And at the same time the improved yield has been obtained.更多还原
