【摘要】 本文研制的醋酸丁酸纤维素 (以下简称CAB)皮革光亮剂由CAB ,增塑树脂、溶剂、乳化剂等组成 ,包括水乳型和溶剂型产品。该产品具有优异的耐光性能 ,广泛用于白色革及浅色革的顶层涂饰 ,赋予皮革高光泽和柔软舒适的手感。本文对研制过程中遇到的问题 ,如CAB与增塑树脂的相容性 ,不同CAB的混拼 ,溶剂 ,乳化剂的选择等进行讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) leather glossy agent is comprised of CAB, plastic resin, solvents, emulsifier, etc. The products are available in aqueous and solvent forms. The title agent, with better light fastness, is widely used in top coatings of white and light leathers and imparts high glossy and flexibility to leathers. The compatability of CAB with plastic resins, the proportions, as well as, the selections of solvents and emulsifiers are also discussed in this paper.更多还原
