【摘要】 本文采用双抗体夹心酶免疫测定法测定了 85例皮疹伴发热患儿及对照组 80例无皮疹发热上感患儿尿液的视黄醇结合蛋白 (Retinolbindingprotein ,RBP)含量 ,皮疹组患儿尿RBP含量全部高于正常值 ,而对照组患儿尿RBP含量全部在正常范围内 ,二组间经t检验 ,P <0 0 1,有显著性意义。因为尿RBP是早期肾功能损害最敏感而可靠的检测指标 ,所以本资料结果提示皮疹患儿可能有肾损伤更多还原

【Abstract】 Urinary retinol binding protein (RBP)was determined in 85 cases of children with rash and fever and 80 cases of children with influenza and fever by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The result revealed that the content of urinary RBP in children with rash and fever was much higher than that of the children with influenza and fever (P<0 01).The data suggested that urinary RBP assay may be a sensitive and reliable index for evaluating of early proximal tubular functional impairment,so the children with rash and fever may have renal tubular funtional lesion.更多还原
