【摘要】 本文对马来西亚的马来亚大学医学中心及吉隆坡总医院 1 997年 3月至 1 998年 2月间就诊的 1 4 5例华裔HIV感染者皮肤粘膜表现作了回顾性研究 ,分析了患者的一般资料与临床资料。结果 1 0 4例 (71 7% )患者有皮肤粘膜表现。多数病人属 2 0～ 50岁年龄段。有皮肤粘膜损害者CD4淋巴细胞计数低 ,艾滋病定义性疾病发生率高。皮肤粘膜损害中 ,弥漫性色素沉着者居多 (35 9% ) ,结节性痒疹 (2 9 7% )及皮肤干燥 (2 7 6% )次之 ,脂溢性皮炎(2 0 7% ) ,银屑病 (8 3 % )亦较多见。最常见的感染性皮肤粘膜疾病为口腔粘膜念珠菌病 (35 9% ) ,股癣及甲癣(9 7% )和单纯疱疹 (5 5 % )。然而卡波西氏肉瘤少见 ,结果表明 ,皮肤粘膜损害是HIV感染和进展期艾滋病的重要表现更多还原

【Abstract】 A retrospective analysis of 145 HIV positive Malaysians of Chinese descent was done of 2 centers at the University Hospital Kuala Lumpur(UHKL)and the General Hospital Kuala Lumpur(GHKL)from March 1997 to February 1998.Demographic data and clinical data were analyzed.The analyze showed 104 out of 145 patients had mucocutaneous disorders(71 7%).In the study there were 100 males(96 2%)and 4 females(3 8%).The majority of the patients were in the age group 20 to 50 years.The patients who presented with mucocutaneous disease also had a low CD4+T lymphocyte counts and most of them had AIDS defining illness.The number of cases with generalized hyperpigmentation was very high in the group(35 9%)followed by nodular prurigo(29 7%)and xerosis(27 6%).Seborrheic dermatitis was seen in 20 7% of the cases,with psoriasis 8 3%.The most common infections were oral candidiasis 36 9%,tinea corporis and onychomycosis 9 7% and herpes infection 5 5%.However,mucocutaneous manifestations of Kaposi’s sarcoma were rare.The results suggested that the mucocutaneous findings are useful clinical predictors of HIV infection or a sign of the presence of advanced HIV infection.更多还原
