多效唑浸泡麦套花生种子及喷施浓度试验初报
Study on Effect of Peanut Seed Treated with Paclobutrazol and Its Spray Concentration on peanut Intercropped
【摘要】 用50mg/kg和 10 0mg/kg多效唑浸种的麦套花生 ,根系体积增大 91.4 3%和 72 .86 % ,根系总吸收面积增大 4 7.4 5%和 31.93%。10 0mg/kg的多效唑化控效果最好 ,主茎缩短 11.7cm ,侧枝长缩短13.2cm。 50mg/kg的增产效果最好 ,为 4 518kg/hm2 ,比对照增加 76 2kg/hm2 ,增产 2 0 .3%。
【Abstract】 Paclobutrazol that treated peanut seed with concentration of 50mg/kg and 100mg/kg respectively, can make the root volume of peanut plant increase of 91.43% and 31.93%, and make the total root absorb areas increase of 41.45% and 31.93%, respectively. The spray concentration of 100mg/kg can make the main stem shorten of 11.7cm, and make the branches shorten of 13.2 cm. The spray concentration of 50 mg/kg can produce high pod yield (4518 kg/hm 2), compared with 3756 kg/hm 2 in CK.
