【摘要】 南阳减压渣油属典型的高含蜡渣油 ,南阳减压渣油溶剂脱沥青可以获得较高收率的优质脱沥青油作为催化裂化原料 ,但脱油沥青只能掺兑为燃料油 ,不能生产合格道路沥青 ,在一定程度上制约了溶剂脱沥青工艺的应用 ;脱油沥青生产合格道路沥青是提高脱油沥青价值的有效方案 ,本研究对南阳渣油溶剂脱沥青生产道路沥青的技术方案进行了研究 ,究结果表明 :通过采用本研究的技术方案 ,南阳渣油溶剂脱沥青的脱油沥青可以生产出满足要求的合格道路沥青 ,生产的道路沥青的性质接近或超过国内几种典型道路沥青 ,本研究的结果对于其它高含蜡渣油生产道路沥青及一般道路沥青的改质都具有重要的参考意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Nanyang residue is wax bearing oil.The high quality deasphalted oil can be acquired from the residue by solvent deasphalting.The deoiled asphalt only can be used to produce fuel oil,which limits the application of heavy oil upgrading process. It is important for making rational use of deoiled asphalt to produce pavement asphalt from deoiled asphalt.The process for Produccing pavement asphalt from NanYang residue by propane deasphalting was investigated in the paper.Experimental results show that high quality pavement asphalt can be produced from the residue by the scheme .The quality of the pavement asphalt is similar to the pavement asphalts produced in domestic refineries.The expermental results were also important for production of pavement asphalt from other wax bearing residue and quality improving for the pavement asphalt.更多还原
