胺苯磺隆在土壤中的残留及对玉米的药害研究

【摘要】 分别采用土培和水培法测定了不同含量胺苯磺隆对玉米根、芽和茎叶生长的影响。结果表明 :土培 1 5天 ,胺苯磺隆对玉米根鲜重和干重的I50 分别为 5.69ng/g和 1 6.1 8ng/ g ,IC10 分别为0 1 4ng/ g和 0 42ng/g。对玉米茎叶鲜重和干重的抑制率低于对根鲜重和干重的抑制率。水培 4天 ,胺苯磺隆对玉米根鲜重的IC50 和IC10 分别为 1 7.0 4ng/ml和 1 .37ng/ml。胺苯磺隆对玉米根鲜重的抑制灵敏度高 ,线性关系好。以根鲜重为指标采用土培法分别测定了油菜田连续两年使用不同剂量胺苯磺隆、后茬作物栽种前土壤中胺苯磺隆的残留量。

【Abstract】 The influence of DPX-A7881 on the growth of maize were measured by cultivating it in water and soil in which different amount of DPX-A7881 were contained.The results showed that,after breeding maize in soil for 15days,the IC 50 were 5.69ng/g and 16.18ng/g,the IC 10 were 0.14ng/g and 0.42ng/g for DPX-A7881 to fresh weight of root and dry weight of root respectively.The IC 50 of DPX-A7881 to stem and leaves were much higher than that of DPX一A7881 to root.After cultivating maize in water for 4days,the IC 50 and IC 10 of DPX-A7881 to fresh weight of root were 17.04ng/ml and 1.37ng/ml.The residue of DPX-A7881 in rape land soil were measured according to the inhibited rate of fresh weight of root by breeding maize in this kind of soil.
