【摘要】 大鼠经口LD50 雄性为 >4640mg/kg,雌性为 31 60 (1 860～ 5386)mg/kg ,大鼠经皮LD50 >2 0 0 0mg/kg,对家兔眼有轻度刺激作用 ,但无皮肤刺激作用。Ames试验、微核试验阴性 ,无致突变性 ,大鼠三个月亚慢性毒性试验未见异常的组织病理学改变 ,最大无作用剂量雄、雌性分别为 1 3.39± 1 2 6mg/kg和1 4 56± 1 0 8mg/kg。灭蝇胺属低毒农药。更多还原

【Abstract】 The toxicity of cyromazine was studied. It’s LD 50 was male>4640mg/kg and female 3160(1860～5386)mg/kg for rats by oral administration.Dermal LD 50 was>2000mg/kg for rats.Cyromazine was slight irritating to eyes,but not to skin for rabbits.Ames and micronucleus test showed the negative and no mutagenicity.Subchronic toxicity test for 3 months was not seen abnormal histopathological findings in the rats.The maximum non-effect dose of cyromazine in male and female rats are 13.39±1.26 mg/kg and 14.36±1.08 mg/kg respectively.So cyromazine was classified in low toxicity pesticide.更多还原
