【Abstract】 A method for determination of myclobutanil by Gas Chromatography was established in this report, using 5% OV-225/Chromosorb W AW-DMCS(60～80 mesh)as stationary phase,di-n-octylphthalate as internal standard.The results showed that the standard deviation,variation coefficient and average recovery were 0.45%,0.96% and 100.10%,respectively.The method gave a good liner response with calibration curve formula of Y=0.00434+1.1561X and the relative coefficient of 0.99997.更多还原
