【Abstract】 The Spur Type apple is culture in many areas since it has lo ts of advantages. Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA was applied to stud y apple spur type sports. The materials were used as follows: Starking and different spur type sports of Delicious strain, Nagafu 2 and six spur type sports of Fuji, Gold Delicious and Gold Spur, M26, Malus sie versii. The specific fragment OPK20-520 from Starking and the other ei ght spur type sports could be differentiated by this polymorphic DNA.更多还原
