【摘要】 以不同世代的转基因“克螟稻”后代为实验材料,研究了cry1Ab基因在不同世代间的遗传稳定性及表达特性。结果表明:cry1Ab 基因在“克螟稻”后代中不仅能通过有性世代稳定传递,而且能在有性世代交替中保持表达的稳定性。同时cry1Ab基因在“克螟稻”后代中表达表现出了一定的时空特性,主茎、一次分蘖和二次分蘖各部位Cry1Ab蛋白含量均不同,但均以茎、叶、叶鞘中表达量较高,根中表达量则相对较低,其中以成熟期米粒中表达量为最低;在同一主茎上,不同叶位、叶鞘及茎段Cry1Ab蛋白含量均不同;不同代数叶片中Cry1Ab蛋白含量以孕穗期为最高,除苗期外,在其它各个时期Cry1Ab蛋白含量差异均不显著。

【Abstract】 The inheritance stability and expression patterns of cry1Ab g ene were studied using different generations of the progenies of "Kemi ngdao".The results showed that cry1Ab gene could not only be transmitt ed in an intact manner via sexual generation,but also demonstrate the expression stability.Meanwhile,the expression patterns showed certain temporal and spatial characteristics.The content of Cry1Ab protein in different positions was different in the main stems,the primary tiller s and the secondary tillers.The higher levels of Cry1Ab protein were f ound in the stems,leaves and leaf sheaths,while the lower were in the roots,and the minimum level of Cry1Ab protein was detected in the grai ns at the stage of maturing.In the same main stem,the content of Cry1A b protein was different in different leave positions,leaf sheaths and stems.The content of Cry1Ab protein in the leaves reached highest at t he booting stage,and no significant difference of protein levels were found in different generations throughout the developmental stages exc ept for the content at the seedling stage.
