【Abstract】 A modified screening method for insecticidal activity of the compounds against the first ～second instars larvae of susceptible housefly (Musca domestica) was described. The bioassay system detected the insecticidal activity of 13 commercial insecticides and 10 α-phosphorylated carbamate compounds against the first ～second instars larvae of susceptible housefly with the same results obtained by the conventional screening method, indicating that the technique possessed some advantages such as easy operation, rapidity, sensitivity and good reproducibility, and was suitable for mass screening of compounds.更多还原
