【摘要】 敌力脱(丙环唑)和井冈霉素两种药剂采用生长速率法 ,室内毒力测定对小麦纹枯病菌的EC50 分别为0.33mg/L和0.27mg/L ;EC99 为30.07mg/L和640.82mg/L;田间施药10d防效分别为86.72%和76.58 % ,且在95 %水平上差异性显著。表明25%敌力脱乳油防治小麦纹枯病优于井冈毒素更多还原

【Abstract】 In laboratory,the toxicities of tilt propiconazol and validamycin to rhizoctionia cerealis were tested, their EC50 and EC99 were 0.33mg/L、 0.27mg/L、 30.07mg/L、and640.82mg/L respectively. The efficacy of tilt and validamycin in field after 10 days were 86.72% and 76.58% respectively,and the significance level was p<0.05.The results showed that tilt was better than validamycin in laboratory and field control.更多还原
