农用运输车采用电控超越离合器节能装置的研究
Study on Electronic controlled Overrun Clutch as an Energy saving Device of Farm Transport Vehicle Transmission Setup
【摘要】 农用运输车传动系加装电控超越滑行节能装置能够有效地节能 ,克服了以往采用单向超越离合器滑行节能装置的许多缺点 ,实现了自动滑行。经过大量的各种路面无故障试验运行 ,表明该装置使用可靠 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 As an energy saving device of a farm transport vehicle transmission system, an electronic controlled overrun clutch has more advantages than a conventional unilateral one and is able to save fuel efficiently. The main feature of the device is a double direction overrun clutch, which can forcibly integrate or overrun according to the signal from a microprocessor. Special sensors was applied to measure the speed of the driving spindle and driven spindle, the data of which were transmitted to the microprocessor to control the connection of the two spindles by their speed difference. Only when the difference is in properly small scope, can they integrate. Therefore, the shock of connection can be avoided and the device brings driving in coasting to save energy automatically and efficiently. With the electronic controlled energy saving device, the farm transport vehicle can not only save fuel, but also prolong the service life of engine as well as enhance the idling work condition of engine. The farm transport vehicle with this device has traveled for a long journey on various road conditions without malfunction which indicates that it is reliable and will be widely used.
