斜置旋耕刀的研制

【摘要】 斜置旋耕是降低能耗、提高耕作质量的一种新型旋耕方式。斜置旋耕时 ,旋耕刀一边沿垂直于刀轴的方向滑切土壤 ,一边沿平行于刀轴方向撕裂土壤。土壤的破坏形式由正置旋耕时的单纯受压变为受压撕裂 ,并有效地降低了旋耕功耗。为了适应斜置旋耕的特点 ,笔者研制了刀面为弯曲面的斜置旋耕刀 ,并和具有同样回转半径和刃口曲线的国标旋耕刀进行了对比试验 ,结果表明 :采用斜置旋耕刀进行斜置耕作 ,其功耗可降低 8%左右。

【Abstract】 A new rotary tillage mode, the oblique rotary tillage, was developed to lower energy consumption and enhance cultivation quality. “Oblique rotary” means that rotary blade rotating plane has an angle with rotary tiller moving direction. When the oblique rotary cultivation was conducted, the blade cut soil in the direction perpendicular to shaft and meanwhile tore soil in the direction along shaft. So the soil corruption mode was changed from purely pressing to pressing and tearing. A new type rotary blade was also developed to meet the needs of oblique rotary tillage. Research results showed that under the same condition of oblique rotary tillage, the oblique rotary blade was superior to that with the national standard mode.
