工程车辆变速器模糊智能控制系统研究

【摘要】 以液力机械式变速器为控制对象 ,开发研制了一种以单片机为控制核心的、应用模糊智能控制的自动控制系统。试验表明 ,该系统可使被控制的变速器根据试验工况 (恒定负载、匀变负载 )实现自动换挡 ,系统工作稳定 ,具有较高的抗干扰能力。此研究为该系统装车试验奠定了基础

【Abstract】 In the paper, an intelligent fuzzy control system based on Intel MCS51 single chip microcomputer was developed successfully which was used to control an experimental system for hydraulic mechanical transmission and the developing procedure of the system was given. The fuzzy control principle was determined based on the situation in which the vehicle driver operates by means of observing some operating parameters and these parameters could not be exactly described such as speed of vehicle and throttle open. The system can gather output rate and throttle open of experimental transmission system and determine the gears of transmission through the fuzzy control logic which has been previously programmed in memory. The test result showed that the control system could reliably and safely realize an automatic gear shifting according to the controlled experimental conditions such as the situations of the constant load and smoothly changing load. This study is helpful to loading experiments.
