【Abstract】 The main properties of a special eight bar linkage used in a multifunctional loader, e.g. parallel moving and tilt capacity were studied and their curves were plotted. The features and the moving rules of the mechanism were analyzed based on the shapes of the plotted curves. Furthermore, practically used curves of parallel moving and tilt capacity were found which provided the fundamentals for mechanism design. Some other characteristics and parameters were also analyzed such as the places which are likely to be intermeddled in mechanism and structure design, the relationships of some indexes and parameters, especially which were mutual contradictory. The method of how to harmonize these parameters was given to guide the design of mechanism and structure.更多还原
