物品包装结构动力学分析及优化设计

【摘要】 将一种四角加衬垫的物品看作刚体 ,衬垫看成弹簧 ,列出物品包装跌落时运动方程 ,以物品加速度、衬垫尺寸应满足一定的要求为约束条件 ,包装衬垫材料费最低为目标函数 ,进行优化设计 ,并得出物品最大加速度与衬垫材料特性、厚度、承压面积的关系。编成优化设计软件及三维图形显示软件 ,为物品包装缓冲结构计算机辅助设计奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 In this paper the item to be packaged is regarded as rigidity and packaged by the quadrilateral cushion made of the material with the characteristic of non linear viscoelastic plastic. The moving equation of the packaged item is given during free dropping. The restricted condition of the equation is that the certain relationship of the acceleration of the item and the size of the cushioning material has to be satisfied. The object function is the lowest value of the cushioning material. The relationship of the maximum acceleration of the item with the characteristic, thickness and loading area of the cushioning material is acquired by the optimum design. The softwares of the optimum design and 3 D graphic have been developed, which provide a base for the cushioning design of a packaged item by the computer.
