根茬粉碎还田机除茬刀滚功耗模型的建立
A Rotary Power Dissipation Model of the Machine for Chopping and Returning Stubble into Soil
【摘要】 通过对除茬刀结构参数的分析 ,设计了 9组除茬刀。采用正交试验及对试验数据的分析 ,得到了除茬刀最佳结构参数 ,用部分正交回归试验 ,建立了单除茬刀滚功耗模型 ,为根茬粉碎还田机的设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the structural parameters of chopping stubble blades was analyzed, nine chopping stubble blades with various structural parameters were manufactured. The horizontal and vertical force and the torsional moment of these nine chopping stubble blades were measured respectively. On the basis of the analysis of orthogonal experiment, the optimum structural parameter of chopping stubble blade was determined. The experiment of a chopping stubble rotary cultivation with the optimum structural parameter was done; the power dissipation model of a chopping stubble rotary cultivation was established. At the same time, the effects of each parameter on the power dissipation of chopping stubble rotary cultivation were analyzed. The main reason of the poor chopping stubble quality of the machine used as a complete set with 8 8~11 kW tractor at present was found out in theory and the theoretical basis of designing the machine for chopping stubble spread to field was provided.
