故障诊断的机械设备建模系统
Modeling System of Mechanical Equipment for Fault Diagnosis
【摘要】 针对机械设备的层次性特点,引入了面向对象的分析和设计方法,完成了机械设备的建模系统。系统具有柔性、开放性,可灵活地根据设备的传动关系建模。当模型被初始化后,系统会自动搜寻传动关系并计算各零部件对象的工作频率。模型与信号分析数据库连接后,可得到该特征频率处的故障参数信息。与神经网络数据库连接后,可进行故障的推理诊断。
【Abstract】 In accordance with the layer features of mechanical equipment a modeling system of mechanical equipment was developed by introducing an object oriented analysis and design. The system with features of opening and flexibility can be used to build models for a mechanical equipment based on its drive connections. After initialized, the drive connection of the model is automatically searched, and the characteristic frequency calculation of the components is followed. The response of the system is quick and reliable. When the model is connected with the analytic database of signal, the fault parameters corresponding with the characteristic frequency can be gained. If the model is connected with the neural network database, the result of fault diagnosis can be inferred. The results of practical application show its value in fault diagnosis.
