软地面半履带式气垫车的功率分析

【摘要】 在分析了半履带式气垫车垂向受力和行驶阻力的基础上,得出了功率消耗和地面土壤参数的关系,求得了风机最佳转速。在不同土壤条件下,控制风机工作在最佳转速,可使半履带式气垫车功率消耗最小。提出了一种在气垫车行驶过程中测算土壤参数近似值的方法,该近似值经修正后可为功率控制提供土壤信息。

【Abstract】 A semi track, air cushion vehicle is one of the effective solutions to soft ground transportation problems, which can make the best of the low pressure of the air cushion to ground and the high propulsion of the semi track. Since it has two power currents, the total power consumption of the vehicle is much higher than that of ordinary vehicles. Measures should be taken to cut down the power consumption of the semi track air cushion vehicle. By analyzing vertical force on soft terrain and motion resistance on a semi track air cushion vehicle, a relationship between power consumption of the vehicle and soil strength parameter of the terrain is found. The optimum revolutions of the vehicle fan are obtained under the circumstances of various soils, which leads to the least power consumption of the semi track air cushion vehicle. A method used to measure and calculate approximate value of soil strength parameter is developed, which provides information of soil strength for vehicle power control.
