脉动燃烧干燥及传热特性研究

【摘要】 为探讨脉动燃烧干燥新技术的干燥性能 ,研制了脉动燃烧干燥试验装置 ,并进行了干燥油菜籽的试验研究。分析了频率、热负荷以及干燥管长度对干燥指标的影响。通过脉动燃烧干燥传热试验研究和理论分析 ,得出脉动燃烧器尾管内干燥的传热努塞尔数 N u与雷诺数 Re呈指数关系变化 ;脉动燃烧干燥的努塞尔数 N u是部分传统干燥器的 2~ 5倍。

【Abstract】 A pulse combustion drying test rig was designed. Experimental study for drying rapeseed inside the tail pipe of pulse combustor was carried out. The parameters of pulse combustor such as frequency, heat load, and length of drying pipe affecting on drying property were analyzed. The heat transfer characteristics of drying rapeseed inside the tail pipe of pulse combustor were studied and compared with some other conventional dryers. The results showed that the Nusselt number and Reynolds number of pulse combustion drying depend on exponential change, and the Nusselt number of pulse combustion drying is 2 to 5 times greater than that of other dryers.
