【Abstract】 The responses of susceptibility of apple cultivars to Erwinia amylovora were different. The number of the bacterial cells from susceptible cultivars was higher than that from resistant cultivars. Symptoms obtained in vitro were similar to those observed in the greenhouse. The physiological state of plantlets grown in vitro influenced the level and uniformity of symptoms.更多还原
