密集微气浮法处理矿井水中悬浮物的试验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE AIR FLOATATION TREATING MINE WASTEWATER
【摘要】 对微气浮法处理矿井水中悬浮物的处理效果进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,微气浮法加过滤处理矿井水中悬浮物,当悬浮物含量小于1000mg/L时,采用6~8min的反应时间,0.25~0.35MPa的溶气压力,6%~16%的回流比和7~8m~3/m~2h的分离负荷是合适的,处理后的水质可满足循环今却水的需要。该工艺与沉淀法相比效率高、投资省、上马快,是一种简便实用可行的处理方法。
【Abstract】 The experiments of mine wastewater treatment process by air floatation are presented. The results show that the effluent quality met the requirement of circulating cooling water under circumstances of inflow turbidity < 1 000 mg/L, reaction time 6-8 min, air dissolving pressure between 0.25 - 0. 25 MPa, recycling rate 6% - 16% and with loading rate 7-8 m3/m2h. This process featured by high efficiency,economically feasible,convenience and practice.
