【摘要】 目的　为了研究大隐静脉曲张手术后复发的原因和再手术治疗的效果。方法　对 1 990 - 1 999年间行大隐静脉曲张手术后复发的 33例 (37条肢体 )的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　在 33例 (37条肢体 )中 ,治愈2 8例 (31条肢体 ) ,好转 4例 (5条肢体 ) ,无效 1例 (1条肢体 )。结论　对大隐静脉曲张手术后复发的病例进行全面检查 ,针对不同原因采用不同的手术方法进行再手术治疗 ,可取得满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the reason of postoperative recurrence and the effect of re-operation for the patients with saphenous vein varices. Methods Retrospective analysis was made for the data of 33 patients (37 limbs) with the diseases from 1990 to 1999.Results Out of 33 patients (37 limbs), 28 patients (31 limbs) were cured, 4 patients (5 limbs) were improved and 1 patients (1 limbs) was failed.Conclusions Satisfactory results were obtained, Because of the complete examinations and the proper re-operations were performed for the recurrent cases.更多还原
