【摘要】 目的　通过对 2 1例急性开放性颅骨粉碎性凹陷骨折一期整复、修补治疗结果分析 ,提出急性开放性颅骨粉碎凹陷性骨折一期整复、修补的手术适应症。方法　对 1995年 1月～ 1998年 12月收治的急性开放性颅骨粉碎凹陷骨折一期整复修补病人进行回顾性总结。结果　 2 1例 ,其中 18例伤口甲级愈合 ,骨折碎片存活良好。 3例伤口感染、感染率 14.7% ;2例发生癫痫 ,癫痫发生率 9.5 %。结论　急性开放性颅骨粉碎凹陷骨折患者年龄在40岁以下 ,受伤后 2 4小时内入院 ,局部颅骨骨折面积在 8cm2 以下 ,无大面积头皮缺损可进行一期整复、修补术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To propose suit methods of the first restoring and mending acute comminuted open and depressed fractures with the analysis of the operation result in 21 cases. Methods 21 acute open comminuted and depressed fractures who admitted to our department from Jan.1995 to Dec. 1998 were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 21 cases, 18 cases complete restoration, fragmented bone grew well 3 cases infection, infection rate is 14.7%; 2 cases epilepsy, epilepsy rate 9.5%. Conclusions acute, open comminuted and depressed fractures patient whose age is younger than 40 years old, after being injured he will be send to hospital in 24 hours, the area of cranial fractures is less than 8cm 2, no large area skin of head lack, can be first restoring and mending operation.更多还原
