【摘要】 目的　对 36例窒息后新生儿脑血流参数进行钴价 ,对缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)程度进行观察。方法　应用彩色多普勒超声测量新生儿大脑中动脉 (MCA)收缩期血流速度 (Vs) ,舒张期血流速度 (Vd)及动脉阻力指数。结果　中、重度窒息患儿脑动脉血流速度低于正常组 ,RI指数重度窒息组高于正常组。结论　表明彩色多普勒超声是一种简便的无创有效的检查方法 ,提示观察窒息后新生儿脑血管收缩期、舒张期血流速度及阻力指数可作为评价脑损伤的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the severing of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy by detecting the hemodynamic parameters in cerebral blood flow of thirty-six apnea neonates.Merhods Systolic Velocity(Vs),Diastolic Velocity(Vd) and aterial resistence index(RI) for mediom cerebral artery(MCA) of newborn infants were detected by colour Doppler Sonography.Results Compared with those of the control groups,blood flow velocity in the moderate and severe groups decreased, while resisteuce index in severe groups increased.Conclusion Colour Doppler Sonography was a simple,effective and invasiue techique.systolic velocity, diastolic velocity and resistence index in cerebral blood flow of apnea newborn infants can evaluate the severity of encephslopthy.更多还原
