【摘要】 本组 1 4 5 5例阴茎勃起功能障碍 (ED)病人 ,在阴茎海绵体活性药物注射中发现 ,海绵体关闭功能障碍是血管性ED的主要病因 ,约 3/ 4的海绵体血管活性药物注射 (ICI)阴性病人存在海绵体静脉漏。并为活性药物注射可作为阴茎海绵体造影 (PCG)筛选病例的方法提供了依据。部分阴性病例如在注射时立即出现头晕、面色潮红等症状 ,应高度怀疑为静脉性ED。更多还原

【Abstract】 patients with erectile dysfunction (ED) were treated with intracavernous injection (ICI) of vasoactive drug. Veno occlusive dysfuction was found to be the main cause of vascular ED and about 3/4 patients with ICI failure had leak of cavernous veins of penis. It showed that pharmacocavernosography (PCG) should be carried out to patients with ICI failure. Dizziness or flushing after ICI may highly regarded as having vascular ED.更多还原
