微波辐射家兔阴囊对血睾屏障的影响
Effect of blood testis microwave Irradiation on scrotum in rabbits
【摘要】 为研究不同剂量的微波急性辐射家兔睾丸对血睾屏障的影响。作者用频率为 2 45 0MHz ,最大输出功率为 2 5W的微波 ,对家兔阴囊进行辐射 ,使家兔阴囊皮肤温度分别升到 40℃、42℃、44℃ ,维持 2 0分钟。于停止辐射后 6 0分钟处死动物 ,分别取左右睾丸组织各约 1mm3 ,制备电镜标本 ,在透射电镜下进行观察。对照组动物除不被辐射外 ,其他处理同实验组。结果对照组可见硝酸镧在精原细胞外形成镧沉淀线。 40℃组电镜下所见与对照组基本相同。 42℃组可见镧沉淀线包绕生精上皮第一层细胞 ,并向管腔面延伸一短段距离 ,未越过紧密连接。 44℃组可见到镧颗粒进入支持细胞 ,并沿胞浆向管腔部延伸。结论为微波加热家兔睾丸升温到 40℃~ 42℃时 ,微波对血睾屏障基本没有影响。睾丸温度为 44℃时 ,支持细胞膜受到损伤 ,这可能对血睾屏障构成威胁。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of blood testis barrier by microwave irradiation on scrotum in rabbits, the microwave with frequency of 2450 MHz and maximum output power 25 watt was used to irradiate the scrotum of rabbits to elevate the temperature to 40℃、42℃ and 44℃ respectively for 20 mimutes. Sixty minutes later, rabbits were killed to take 1mm 3 tissue on the left and right testis respectively. Under transmission electron microscope the lanthanum precipitin line was formed around spermatogonium in the testis tissue of control group were seen. In the 40℃, same result was found like control group. In 42℃ group the lanthanum precipitin line was found around the first layer cells of seminiferous epithelium and extend short distance to lumen. In the 44℃ group, the lanthanum nitrate not only went into sertoli cells, but also extended into lumen of seminiferous tubule along cytoplasm of supporting cell. The results showed that no influence was exerted on blood testis, when temperature of scrotum rose to 40℃ and 42℃ with microwave irradiation. When the temperature elevated to 44℃, cytomembrane (cell memrane) of sertoli cell was injured, which might endanger the blood testis barrier.
