【Abstract】 A test application of hybrid agent SC-2053 to spring wheat was made. The results show that the effect of male sterilization was best when 0.7kg SC-2053 was used per hectare and the male sterilization rate was 92.6%. The optimum time for spraying was from pistil and stamen primordium differentiation period to connective period (young ear is 0.7～1.0 cm long).
