化学药剂诱导春小麦孤雌生殖及其在育种上的应用

【摘要】 用 4种化学药剂对品种、杂种F2 代和太谷核不育小麦 (Tal)不育穗分别进行诱导处理 ,诱导孤雌单性结实。结果表明 :A药液的诱导结实率及年际间重复性最好 ,结实率为 7.5%~ 12 .5% ;在 4种不同施药方法中 ,喷雾和全穗浸泡的诱导结实率最高 ,分别为 11.4 %和 11.3% ;不同材料间的诱导结实率以品种、杂种F2 代高于Tal小麦不育穗。

【Abstract】 The wheat varieties of Ningchun-4, Ningzuo-6, 98j460 and 98j659 and the filial generation F 2 and Tal sterile spike were induced by 4 different chemicals to parthenocarpy. Results showed that setting percentage induced by liquid A is 7.5%~12.5%; spray and whole spike steeping are the best ways in several different inducing ways, and their setting percentage are 11.4 and 11.3 respectively; setting percentages of varieties and filial generation F 2 are higher than that of Tal sterile spike.
