【摘要】 论述了新一轮结构调整的背景 :农产品处于低层次相对过剩状态和买方市场已经形成、农业的功能发生了重要的变化、农业与非农产业乃至整个国民经济的关联效应越来越大、中国经济与世界经济接轨等。分析了此次农业结构调整的要求 ,对农业功能进行重新定位。结构调整应有一定的先验性和超前性 ,应尽快提高农民的组织化程度 ,建立完善的农业风险分散机制 ,促进农经济市场化的发展 ,根据比较优势原则调整农业结构。最后 ,提出新时期下农业结构调整的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The background of new structure adjustment includes:the transformation of plan economy to market economy, low level relative surplus of agricultural products, the forming of buyer’s market, closer connection of agriculture and nonagricultural industry and national economy, the engagement of our economy and global economy, etc. The article analyzes the requirement of the agricultural structure adjustment and reorients the function of agriculture. Structure adjustment needs some leading consciousness, so we should enhance the degree of systematization of the peasants, build perfect riskdecentralization functon of agriculture as soon as possible and push the development of rural market economy.
