【摘要】 用可持续发展观分析各贫困地区现行的“开发式”扶贫战略 ,认为现行的扶贫战略在可持续发展要求下不是最佳方案 ,其根本的原因在于贫困地区的资源配置不适合可持续发展的要求 ,因此 ,就有必要对资源配置方式进行制度创新。在对现行资源配置方式分析的基础上 ,提出了新的资源配置方式 ,即引入热心于可持续发展的“专家工作平台”这一中介组织模式的“协议配置”方式。并引用交易成本理论和委托代理理论 ,对市场配置方式与其进行比较分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the view of sustainable development, the academic thesis analyses the strategy of assistance poverty of exploitation currently accepted in depressed area and finds that the current strategy for assistance poverty is not the best . The essential reason is that the deployment of resource is not in accordance with the requirement of sustainable development. Therefore, we should innovate the mode of resources deployment. On the basis of analysis of currently operational mode of resources deployment, the thesis puts forward a new way of resources deployment that is the way of agreement deployment adopting the mode of medium organization of experts’ working station which is eager about sustainable development, and applies the principal agent theory and transaction cost theory simply to analyses it and the mode of resources deployment according to market and compares them.更多还原
