【摘要】 目的 :探讨单克隆抗体 nm2 3和 C-erb B-2在乳腺浸润性导管癌中表达与淋巴结转移关系。方法 :采用免疫组化 SP法检测了 10 0例浸润性导管癌 (其中 42例伴同侧腋窝淋巴结转移 )中 nm2 3和 C-erb B-2的表达。结果 :nm2 3的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移呈负相关 ,而与 C-erb B-2的过量表达呈正相关。结论 :nm2 3的低表达及 C-erb B-2的过量表达可作为浸润性导管癌淋巴结是否转移的一个指标 ,从而可作为评估乳腺癌预后的标记更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To identify the relationship between expression of nm23 and C-erbB-2 in infiltrating ductal carcinoma.Methods: The expression of nm23 and C-erbB-2 were examined in 100 cases of infiltrating ductal carcinoma in which 42 cases showed the axillary lymphonode metastasis of the same side with SP immunohistology method.Results: There is negative relationship between exhibition of nm23 and axillary lymphonode metastasis ,while the overexpression of C-erbB-2 is positively related to axilllary lymphonode metastasis.Conclusion:low expression of nm23 and the overexpression of C-erbB-2 might be used as a marker of lymphonode metastasis in infiltrating ductal carcinoma ,and could also be regarded as a marker of prognosis.
