【摘要】 目的 :探讨大鼠肝移植性肿瘤 CBRH-3模型的复制及应用。方法 :选择断奶 5天的雄性 Wistar大鼠应用开腹肝癌组织埋藏植入法复制 CBRH-3肝癌大鼠模型。结果 :5 0只大鼠中移植成功 46只 ( 92 %)。无 1例手术死亡。结论 :CBRH-3肝癌模型有良好的可比性 ,适用于多指标动态观察 ,是肝癌病理基础研究、药物筛选及实验治疗等研究中有价值的模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To evaluate the replication and usage of CBRH-3 rat hepatoma model by transplantation . Methods:Repliated the CBRH-3 rat hepatoma model by hepatoma tissues implantation on male Wistar rat which had weaned 5 days . Results: The method is very simple and available . The rate of success of the method is at a height of 92%(46/50) and not one death because of operation. Conclusions: There is good comparatibility about CBRH-3 rat hepatoma model . It suits to multi-index dynamic.Observation and is a valuable model for hepatoma pathologic fundamental research, drug screening and experimental therapy.[更多还原
