基于神经网络的柴油机燃烧系统故障诊断

【摘要】 根据柴油机在不同状况下燃烧过程中气缸的压力波动情况进行了模式分类。柴油机的缸盖振动与气缸的压力波动存在一定的对应关系 ,但这种对应关系通常难以确定。作者应用柴油机缸盖在爆发段的振动信号 ,经过 Hilbert变换 ,然后应用小波的 Mallat算法进行变换 ,取小波变换后的三阶近似波形来模拟对应气缸内的压力波动 ,最后应用神经网络方法对变换后的信号进行燃烧状况的模式识别 ,给出诊断结果 ,为柴油机的故障诊断提供了一种新方法

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ][KH2D] The pressure variations in diesel engine cylinders indicate the combustion states of the engine.This paper brings forward a classification of pressure fluctuation patterns on the basis of the pressure fluctuations during combustion in different combustion conditions of the diesel engine.Though a proportional relation between the vibration of the cylinder lid and the pressure fluctuation in the cylinder does exist,the relation is usually hard to recognize.In this paper,the pressure fluctuations in corresponding cylinders are simulated using the third order approximate waves obtained when the wavelet transformation by Wavelet’s Mallat algorithm is conducted after the transformation,by Hilbert, of the vibration signals from the lids occurring at the explosions.Neural network method then is used to identify the combustion patterns after the signal transformation,and diagnostic results are concluded on the basis of the pattern analysis.Thus a new diagnostic method for diesel engine faults is resulted.
