高速柴油机顶置式配气凸轮机构的动力学计算
Dynamic Calculation on OHC Valve Train in High-Speed Diesel Engines
【摘要】 介绍了高速柴油机顶置式配气凸轮机构的动力学模型 ,用 MATL AB语言编制出变摇臂比顶置凸轮轴配气机构的动力计算通用程序 ,利用通用程序对 CT4 84 Q高速柴油机配气机构进行了动力学计算。计算结果表明 ,当柴油机转速增高到 2 80 0 r/ min时 ,凸轮与摇臂发生脱离现象 ,速度曲线波动较大。建议通过改进凸轮型线设计或提高配气系统和气门弹簧刚度来改善配气系统的动力性
【Abstract】 This paper establishes the dynamic model on OHC valve train with rocker of variable ratio in high-speed diesel engines,and compiles a common program for its dynamic calculation with MATLAB language.The valve train’s dynamic calculation on CT484 high-speed diesel engine is carried out by the program,and the result shows when the speed of engine reach 2 800 r/min,the cam and rocker separate,and the curve of speed has a rather great fluctuation.So it is suggested to improve the dynamic performances of the valve train through optimizing the design of cam profile or increasing the rigidity of valve train and valve spring.
