柴油机工作过程故障灰色诊断专家系统
Fault Gray Diagnosis Expert System for Working Cycle of Diesel Engine
【摘要】 阐述了一个柴油机工作过程故障灰色诊断专家系统的构造过程。此系统采用压力和温度传感器采集到的气缸内压力 ,机油压力和温度 ,进、排气压力和温度 ,供油压力等参数 ,建立一个各种状态下的参数库。利用灰色关联度理论的方法 ,对柴油机各种故障状态进行分析诊断 ,查找故障 ,分析原因。软件设计 ,按照专家系统的设计思想 ,利用Visual面向对象的程序设计方法 ,设计了一个柴油机工作过程故障诊断专家系统 ,并在S1 95型柴油机上作了大量模拟实验进行验证 ,证明此方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the process of building up a fault diagnosis expert system for diesel engine working cycle by using gray theory. The system is based a parameter storage,which includes the pressure in cylinder, intake and exhaust pressures and temperatures,lubricating oil pressure and temperature and etc. The related degree between the unknown state and the known state has been calcuated in order to analyze and find the different faults and their causes. This program is compiled by using Visual C plus and plus, running on the Window95 Operating System. Finally, the simulation verification on Model S195 diesel engine has been carried out. The results show that this system is feasible.
