运用半导体激光的相干性测波长在物理实验教学中的应用
Application of the coherence of semiconductor laser in measuring wavelength in teaching physical experiment
【摘要】 目前各类高校的物理实验室均采用He—Ne激光器作“光栅测波长”这一实验 ,但He—Ne激光器有成本高、寿命短、工作电压高等缺点。本研究主要应用半导体激光的相干性测波长 ,以证明半导体激光在物理实验中的优越性 ,使这门技术能在高校物理实验室推广
【Abstract】 He—Ne Laser is currently used in the experiment of Determination of Wavelength of Light by Grating in Physics Department in most colleges.But it has such defects as high cost,short service life and high voltage.This study applies semiconductor laser to measure wavelength,and proves its superiority to He—Ne laser.
