【摘要】 提高对腰椎间突出症突出物的CT影像认识和诊断水平。对 5 0例作L3 ～S1间隙CT水平薄层扫描 ,对突出物的CT影像与手术病理对照分析。根据突出物形态、大小、边缘和密度 ,判断急性突出符合率 77 77% ,慢性突出诊断符合率 86 2 0 % ,穿破后纵韧带压迫硬膜囊诊断符合率 6 6 6 0 %。CT检查能客观地显示突出物和突出物形态、大小、密度、陈旧程度和与周围结构关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To improve the diagnostic lever and the recognition of CT image of herniation materials to lumbar disc herniation.Material and method:To adopt the technique of CT thin slice scan to L 3～S 1 intervertebral disc level in 50 cases.And analyze comparatively the CT image,operative findings and patholog of herniation materials.Results:According to the shape,size,verge and density of herniation material,the accurate of CT was 77.7%,86.2% in acute and chronic herniation,and it was 66.60% to herniation material which had pierced posterolongitudinal ligament and pressed the dural sac.Coclusion:CT examination can directly show the shapes,size,density,time of disc herniation and the relationship of peripheral structure that affected.更多还原
