【摘要】 本文对 7例内眼术后脉络脱离进行分析 ,其总发生率为 1 15 %。而白内障及青光眼术后的发生率分别为 1 6 0 %与1 6 7%。探讨其发生原因多与手术 ,脉络膜血管硬化 ,血管扩张渗出 ,及眼内压的变化 ,术后的炎症反应及玻璃体疝的形成有密切关系。并对其临床特点及对眼球的危害和治疗进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seven cases with choroid detachment after interoculo operation were analysed,The total incidence was 1.15% and the incidence after operation for of catarcct and glaucome was 1.6%,and 1.6%,respectively.The esuses were related to the operations,angio sclerosis degrerative hemangiectasis exudation of choroid,changes of the intraocular pressure,inflammation of postoperation and formation of vitreous herniation the treatment,clinical charteristics and damage to eyeballs were discussed.更多还原
