【摘要】 用 2只装有瘤胃瘘管和皱胃瘘管的本地健康空怀母山羊做自身对照试验 ,禁食 2 4h后 ,在试验 1期从瘤胃瘘管分 4次分别输注乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和生理盐水 .试验 2期从皱胃瘘管重复上述操作 .每次都从颈静脉套管采血 ,用放射免疫法测定血浆胃动素含量 .结果表明 ,输注挥发性脂肪酸 (VFA)可提高山羊血浆胃动素水平 .瘤胃内输注乙酸、丙酸、丁酸后的血浆胃动素水平升高与对照组相比 ,差异均极显著 (P <0 0 1 ) ;皱胃内输注丙酸或丁酸后 ,血浆胃动素水平显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) .输注生理盐水对山羊血浆胃动素水平影响不大更多还原

【Abstract】 Two local non pregnancy female goats fitted with rumen and abomasum fistulas were used in the self control experiment.After 24 h fasting,acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid,butyric acid and physiologic saline were infused into the rumen respectively through the rumen fistulas during the first period.During the second period the four liquids were respectively infused into the abomasum through the abomasum fistulas.Blood samples were taken via venipuncture after each infusion.The plasma motilin levels were measured with radio immunoassay.The results indicated that infusion of VFA could increase the plasma motilin levels in goats.The plasma motilin levels in rumen group were significantly different from that of the control group ( P <0 01) While the plasma motilin levels in abomasum group were also significantly different from that of the control group (P <0 01) when propionic acid and the butyric acid were infused.Infusing physiologic saline had no significant influence on the plasma motilin levels in goats.更多还原
