不同小麦品种(系)茎秆组织结构与产量潜力关系研究
Relationship between the anatomical structure of stem and the yield potential of different wheat varieties
【摘要】 选用 2 0个产量潜力在 75 0 0~ 90 0 0kg·hm-2 的小麦品种 (系 ) ,对其茎秆 (基部第一节间 )结构进行解剖学观测 ,探讨其与产量构成因素的关系 .结果表明 ,不同品种 (系 )机械组织与收获指数、外轮维管束数目与千粒重均呈显著相关关系 ;不同品种 (系 )大维管束 (中 +内 )数目与穗粒数、穗长、结实小穗数的相关关系十分显著 ;认为小麦高产和超高产育种的组合选配时 ,应考虑机械组织和输导组织发达的品种 (系 )作为亲本 ,以便提高育成品种的茎秆强度 ,达到抗倒、高产或超高产的育种目标
【Abstract】 Anatomical observation was conducted of the stem structure of 20 varieties with a potential yield of 7 500~9 000 kg·hm -2 (lst knob in the base) to study the relationship between it and the yield composing factors. The results showed that significant or highly signiifcant positive correlations were observed between the mechanical tissue and the harvest index, between outer vascular bundle number and 1 000-grain weight and between macro-vascular bundle number and grain number per ear. spiket length. spikelet with seed. It is suggested that the parents which possess developed mechanical, conducting tissue and other proper characters should be given a priority in the mating of wheat hybrids, aiming at increasing the stem strength, resistance to lodging, high yield or super high yield.
