【摘要】 以腐殖酸为基肥进行烤烟盆栽试验 ,结果表明 ,腐殖酸能有效提高烟株体内硝酸还原酶、过氧化氢酶、抗坏血酸氧化酶、多酚氧化酶的活性 ,其活性提高的幅度依次为 1 98%～ 5 6 9% ,2 5 9%～ 98 8% ,2 0 4%～ 130 8% ,8 6 %～ 130 2 % .腐殖酸能促进烤烟生理代谢 ,提高抗逆能力 ,植株感染花叶病和黑胫病的病情得到了有效控制更多还原

【Abstract】 A test was carried out in Baofeng county,Henan Province from 1998 to 1999 which had humic acid as basic fertilizer of flue—cured tobacco in container.The result showed that humic acid could effectively improve the activity of some enzymes such as nitrate reductase,catalase,ascorbic acid oxidase,and polyphenol oxidase in the body of flue—cured tobacco.And the improved range is successively 1.98%～56.9%,25.9%～98.8%,20.4%～130.8%,and 8.6%～130.2%.The results indicate that humic acid can promote the metabolism of flue—cured tobacco,and raise the ability of resisting adversity.In tobacco body,as a result,the disease situation of tobacco mosaic and black shank is well controlled.更多还原
