【摘要】 目的 :探讨常温体循环心脏跳动中房间隔缺损直视修补术的优点。方法 :在常温体外循环心脏跳动中施行房间隔缺损直视修补术。结果 :5例房间隔缺损病人痊愈。结论 :常温体外循环心脏跳动中房间隔缺损直视修补术简化了手术程序 ,大大缩短了非生理状态下的体外循环时间 ,无术后低心排等并发症。此术式可以作为一种固定术式予以推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the advantage of Atrial Septal Defect closure in beating heart with normothermic extracorporeal circulation.Methods:To accomplish closure of Atrial Septal Defect using normothermic extracorporeal circulation.Results:5 patients are healed.Conclusions:Intracardiac operations performed in beating heart appears to be simple.The time of extracorporeal circulation is shortened.After operation low cardiac output syndrome is also avoided.This operation is deserved to be used widely.
