【摘要】 目的 :探讨提高浅静脉穿刺成功率的若干问题。方法 :查阅文献 ,对近年来提高浅静脉穿刺成功的技巧和临床应用加以分析和讨论。结果 :与提高浅静脉穿刺成功的相关因素有 :重视心理因素 ;血管的选择与对策 ;穿刺静脉回血的判断与对策 ;掌握因人而异选择不同的穿刺方向、角度、力度等。结论 :为了达到浅静脉穿刺一针见血 ,把握影响的相关因素 ,对其在临床工作中有一定的指导意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate several questions of raising the successful rate of the superficial vein puncture.Methods:Look up selected works,analyze and discuss the skillful and clinical use of raising the success of the superficial vein puncture in recent years.Results:It will be interrelated the factors of raising the success of the superficial vein puncture.There are the following factors:attaching importance to psychological factor,selecting and countermeasure of blood vessels,judging and countermeasure of return blood of the vein puncture,mastering varies from person to person,choosing different puncture direction,points of view,degrees of power,etc.Condusion:In order to achieve hit the nail on head of the superficial vein puncture,grasp the influence of these factors,in a certain serve, it is the guidance of our clinical practice.[更多还原
