【摘要】 目的 :将胃癌McAb配伍提高McAb与人胃癌组织的反应性 ,为肿瘤定位诊断及导向治疗提供有效的McAb配伍。方法 :采用ABC免疫过氧化物酶染色观察了胃癌McAb及配伍McAb与胃癌组织的反应性。结果 :2 6例胃癌组织经ABC免疫过氧化物酶染色显示 ,3G9、BB4 3经配伍后 ,在相同浓度下 ,与单一McAb相比 ,阳性率由单一McAb的 5 0 0 % ,65 4%提高到配伍后的 96 0 % (P <0 0 1 )。McAb 3G9、BB4 3配伍后作用于正常胃癌组织 ,均呈阴性反应。结论 :合理采用配伍的McAb可提高McAb与人胃癌组织的反应性 ,降低抗原表达的异质性 ,从而提高McAb的载体效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:McAb were combined in order to gain certain kinds of cocktail of McAb that could improve the reacivities,overcome the heterogeneity of antigen expression and increase the carrier effects of McAb.Methods:It was observed that the single McAb and McAb cocktail reacted with human gastric cancer tissues by ABC peroxidase system.Results:The positive rate of reaction on gastric cancer tissues was increased from both 50.0%,64.5% to 96.0%(P<0.01)after cocktail.The results were negative when the cocktail of 3G 9 and BB 4.3 reacted with human normal gastric tissues.Conclusion:The reactivities could be improved and the heterogenity of antigen expression may be overcome by the using of the rational cocktail of McAb with human gastric cancer tissues,thus the carrier effects of McAb would be improved.
