【摘要】 目的 :探讨足底内侧岛状皮瓣转位修复足跟部皮肤缺损的疗效 ;方法 :1 986～ 1 997年采用足底内侧岛状皮瓣修复足跟部皮肤缺损 8例 ,其中外伤 5例 ,跟骨骨髓炎 2例 ,冻伤 1例。切取皮瓣面积 3 0cm× 3 0cm～ 5 0cm× 7 0cm ;结果 :皮瓣全部成活 ,治愈率 1 0 0 % ;结论 :足底非负重区组织修复足底负重区皮肤缺损不仅功能良好而且外形美观。除具有“同源性”外 ,更具有耐磨 ,耐压 ,承重 ,不滚动的特点 ,较其它转移组织有绝对优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the repair of the skin defect on heel with the transference medial pedal island flap,and to observe its effects;Methods: Eight patients were treated with the transference medial pedal island flap from 1986 to 1997.There were five trauma,two osteomyelitis,one frost-bite;Results:The area of transference medial pedal island flap was cut down from nine square cm to thirty-five square cm.,all the transferred flaps were alive;Conclusion:It was not only better function but also beautiful look to repair the skin defect on heel with the unload area flap.Besides the identity there was the special advantage on patience;pressure;load;roll and soon.
