【摘要】 目的 :探讨医源性桡神经损伤的原因及其防治措施。方法 :对 1986～ 1995年 2 8例医源性桡神经损伤的原因和治疗进行回顾分析。结果 :手术治疗 16例 ,保守治疗 12例。 2 5例获 6～ 72mo的随访 ,根据Highet标准 ,优 17例 ,良 6例 ,可 1例 ,差 1例 ,优良率 92 % (2 3/2 5 )。结论 :医源性桡神经损伤是可以避免的 ,一旦损伤并经 3mo保守治疗无效时 ,应当及时行手术探查修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the causes, prevention and treatment of iatrogenic injuries of radial nerve (IIRN). Methods:28 patients with IIRN were analysed from 1986 to 1995. Results:Operations were carried out in 16 cases and conservative treatment was used in 12 cases.According to Highet’s standard, excellent outcomes were obtained in 17 cases, good in 6, fair in 1 and failure in 1, after follow-up of 6～72 months in 25 patients. The excellent good rate was 92%(23/25). Conclusion:IIRN could be avoided. Once the injury had taken place and conservative treatment was of no effect during the period of 3 months, operative exploration and repair should be completed in time.更多还原
