【Abstract】 Diaminoalkanes react with sym-tetrachloroethane to give crystaline 2.2’-Bis-(hexahydropyrimidine)derivatives(1)～(5),after treatment with aqua ammonia.Subsequently (1) was treated with different equiv dichloromethane to give higher yield 4a,8b-trans-perhydro-4,5,8a,9a-tetraazafluorene(6) and 8b,8c-cis-perhydro-3a,4a,7a,8a-tetraazacyclopentanofluorene (7).The transformation mechanisms for cis-and trans-(6) and (7) were proposed.更多还原
